MSPCA rescues 23 Yorkie-Chihuahua dogs, some living in a shed, from single Worcester County home; all to be put up for adoption soon

The large number of dogs coming into the MSPCA’s care follows the surrender of 32 cats from a Tewksbury home containing 91 a few weeks ago, which recently went up for adoption. The MSPCA at Nevins Farm hopes to conclude all evaluations by March 17, to determine which dogs may need more specialized care after they leave the care of the MSPCA, the group said. The MSPCA will make the pets available to adopt in the coming days and those who wish to adopt will be able to look at their individual profiles soon on the group’s website.
