J9’s Doberman And Bunny Rescue

We are also highly involved with TNR of feral/stray cats in Detroit and surrounding areas.

As oddly as it may sound some of our Dobermans are found as strays running the streets of Detroit. Many of the dogs we rescue come to us in very very poor health and often are Heart-worm positive. Our rabbits have a similar past; sadly most are owner surrenders after the novelty of having a cute little “Easter Bunny” wears off. She has rescued, rehabilitated, and re-homed dozens of dogs, cats, guinea-pigs, and rabbits. We do not discriminate against any animal, or dog breed; however we primarily work in placing Dobermans and Bunnies in to loving homes.

I Rolando Digiacomo have always had a deep interest in animals, which led me to study Veterinary Medicine. I am 31 years old and have been practicing as a vet for 5 years now. I love my job because it allows me to help animals in need and make them feel better. My dream is to open my own animal clinic one day where I can continue helping animals in need.
